WarmHearth Ceramics allows free order cancellation before the order is shipped.
After the order is shipped, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be applicable.

International Orders:
International orders are generally delivered within 25–30 business days from the date of dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines after dispatch are managed by our courier partners and depend on your location and distance.
Any delays caused by courier services are beyond our direct control; however, our team is always available to assist you in tracking your order.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns and exchange policy.
