Domestic Orders (India):
Due to a high volume of orders, all orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once shipped, domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

WarmHearth Ceramics allows free order cancellation before the order is shipped.
After the order is shipped, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be applicable.

International Orders:
International orders are generally delivered within 25–30 business days from the date of dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns and exchange policy.
