At Warmhearth Ceramics, every piece is carefully handcrafted, fired, glazed, and packed with intention. Ceramics are delicate by nature, and while we take every precaution to deliver your order safely, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help - thoughtfully and fairly.

Returns

We offer a 5-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Because our products are handcrafted ceramic items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must beĀ unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be returned in itsĀ original packaging, including all protective materials
  • AĀ valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • AĀ clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to initiate and validate the return request

āš ļø Important:
The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the outer package is opened, without cuts or edits.
Without this video, we will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund request, especially for damage-related claims.

How to initiate a return:

Please email us at admin@warmhearthceramics.in within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • TheĀ unboxing video (required)

If your return request is approved, we will share:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send the item

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We pack every ceramic piece with utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@warmhearthceramics.in.

To help us resolve this quickly, please share:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • TheĀ mandatory unboxing video

Once verified, we’ll assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution - whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for ceramic items.

If you’d like a different product:

  1. Request a return for the original item (subject to approval)
  2. Place a new order separately once the return is confirmed

This helps us ensure careful handling and accurate processing for every piece.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to yourĀ original payment method
  • Processing time:Ā within 10 business days
  • In case of COD orders, we'll ask you for your banking details

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@warmhearthceramics.in.
